Job Title: Digital Demand Executive

Location: Remote - you will be required to be in the office one day a month in Coventry, otherwise, it's up to you

Salary: £28k (+ £10k OTE)

Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams on multi-channel campaigns and demand generation efforts, including making follow-up calls and conducting activities as needed to create sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the Sales team.
  • Leverage advanced business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools to identify prospects and craft personalised email sequences.
  • Promptly follow up on all sales opportunities and call backs within the established target timelines.
  • Maintain the CRM system (HubSpot) by accurately updating all information related to prospects, customers, contacts, sales activities, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and sustain a deep understanding of our solutions and value propositions to effectively communicate them in relation to prospects' and clients' needs.
  • Promote and expand sales across the full range of our products and capabilities.
  • Acquire knowledge of the competitive landscape to strategically position the company for competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level - ideally in a STEM related discipline, but open to any degree type as long as you're able to demonstrate an analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships adeptly
  • Interested in the tech and cyber security industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organised
