Document Controller at Architecture London Studio
Join a dynamic project team in London as a Document Controller and play a key role in shaping a project for an internationally recognized design firm. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the project team, clients, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless document management and contributing to the success of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuing and receiving of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify documents prior to issue for precision and adherence to standards.
- Maintain project registers and control logs.
- Assist project teams with the storage and access of project information.
- Prepare reports and assist with scheduling and project closeout processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in document control within a construction environment.
- Proficiency with document control systems such as Aconex and NewForma, or similar.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of meeting multiple strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
