About the Role:

As a Quality Engineer you will support the business by providing a full range of QA and problem solving processes including quality system documentation, auditing, capability studies, CI initiatives, non-conformance management, root cause analysis etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality documentation and procedures to ensure correct manufacturing processes are followed
  • Work with production team to investigate and report any quality concerns / issues
  • Maintain QMS, logs, registers and industry standards documentation
  • Support with audits
  • Co-ordinate and manage calibration of equipment
  • Support product testing



Required Skills:

  • Experience using quality tools, techniques and statistics
  • Experience managing quality documentation and QMS systems
  • Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 preferred or similar regulatory accreditation requirements
  • Use of measurement and dimensioning equipment
  • Past success identifying CI opportunities



Salary Range: £35 - £41K + Bonus + Benefits
