Job Description: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the groundworks project.

Your primary duties will include:
Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations on site.Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of workers, ensuring high standards of work and safety.Quality Control: Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with project specifications.Health & Safety: Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.Client Liaison: Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
