Your new company
Lincoln-based service provider are looking for a temporary Administrator to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of office administration. The role is varied and will include telephone and face-to-face customer service, including reception, dealing with individuals' queries and administration/invoicing questions, taking payments to pass to the finance team for invoicing, answering the phone and basic HR administration (onboarding paperwork for new starters, updating employee records etc).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Administrator with a wide range of skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills, patience and good humour. You will be organised and efficient with paperwork and payments. You will have good IT skills and be used to using the likes of Sharepoint, Outlook and Teams. You will be able to work full-time from 9-5 (or similar) Monday-Friday. You will be available at short notice and be living in the Lincoln area as the role is office based. You will be able to pass a DBS check.
