Conveyancing Assistant opportunity - Lincoln

Our Lincoln based client are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team offering between per annum. This role is hybrid 9:00am - 5:00pm.

What will you be doing?

You will be working within the Conveyancing department to provide support by completed daily tasks such as but not limited to - communication with clients, assisting fee earners with the processes including completion on purchases, retrieving packs from management, exchanging contracts, completion statements, general admin and more.

What skills will you have?

The successful candidate will have experience within a conveyancing role previously, have wonderful communication skills, be friendly, helpful and enthusiastic when dealing with clients etc and have strong IT and administration skills.
