About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at SJC Partners in Lincoln. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our property department, ensuring seamless transaction processing and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Assist fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads, from inception to completion
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks, including opening and closing files for solicitors
  • Deal with ad hoc duties and contribute to the smooth operation of the property department
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in dealing with clients face-to-face or over the phone, with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities
