If you’ve been dipping your toes in the Meta media buying world, and fascinated by the powerful role that creative plays in driving performance, then this could be the perfect role for you. You understand what it takes to succeed in the attention economy and thrive in fast-paced environments. Your role is crucial in translating data and insight into tangible, impactful ads - playing a part in inception through to final delivery. You'll collaborate with, and learn from, a talented and diverse creative team, working underneath our senior performance creative alchemist and creative lead - to play a part in igniting a collective energy to produce content that resonates deeply, captures attention and drives meaningful growth for the businesses whose mission is to make the world a brighter place.


Responsibilities:


Data Sorcery: Immerse yourself in our partners' ad accounts, continuously collecting creative performance data. Transform these numbers into valuable insights that spark fresh ideas and unveil hidden patterns.

Market Wizardry: Stay ahead of the curve by constantly monitoring trends and creative formats, both from direct and indirect competitors. Your keen eye for market shifts ensures the team is always equipped with unique, innovative thinking.

Seamless Uploads and Precision Naming: Take ownership of the technical and grammatical accuracy of all creative deliveries. Ensure every piece of content is meticulously named and uploaded, maintaining a seamless workflow.


What Sets You Apart:


  • 2+ years of experience in or around performance marketing (Specifically within Meta).
  • You should be comfortable with diving into Meta, GA and Triple Whale to collect data and turn it into insight.
  • ‘Start-up mentality’ - happy to work as part of a small, agile team and take a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear client liaison and team collaboration.
  • An ability to combine an understanding of creative production and analytics.
  • A commitment to staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.


Qualifications:

We prioritise talent and fit over traditional qualifications. A well crafted message will be received far more than your list of GCSEs


Intro to Bright/Shift:

We dream up, fine-tune, shoot, edit, and design creative content… which just so happens to result in really fucking effective ads, landing pages, brand films, social videos, and emails.
