The Jaq. Group is a fast-moving company which has experienced considerable growth over the last year. JAQ Group's portfolio is currently comprised of 4 (soon to be 5) brands, with ambitious growth targets across the board. To fuel this, we are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our growing team, to support our Head of Growth in driving excellence across our direct-response creative output.


You will be responsible for for the production of high-performing creative across our key performance channels. Strategising and ideating both net-new creative concepts based on customer data, and iterative assets from creative data within channels. Managing end-to-end creative process with our creative partners, UGC creators and graphic designers to hit key performance targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute performance creative strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns for Meta and TikTok ad campaigns (such as UGC, high-production ads, motion graphic ads and static design ads)
  • Understand what makes creative convert and continually be looking to optimise creative performance within ad campaigns on Meta and Tiktok
  • Scripting and briefing creative for D2C campaigns
  • Utilise creative data to measure and report on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market research, and consumer insights to inform our creative strategies
  • Manage the performance creative workflow including meetings, reporting and resource allocation based on performance.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising and delegating tasks as needed to ensure timely and effective delivery of client work
  • Have the ability to confidently write and edit ad copy and scripts for a variety of formats, including UGC, design, and video ads.
  • Creating intricate and in-depth briefs for user-generated content (UGC) creators
  • Ability to understand human psychology, sociology & why people buy things.

Skills - Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy within a D2C setting.
  • Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns that drive results
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, especially Meta, and understanding of performance marketing principles and theory
  • Leadership & team management experience is a bonus
