Creative Strategist

THE ROLE

  • At least 3+ years of experience in strategy/planning or creative fields.
  • A passion for creating innovative, bold, and disruptive social creative moments that engage and convert.
  • Deep understanding of digital and content marketing channels, including organic, paid, owned, and earned media. Ability to adopt a balanced approach for each channel to meet the brand’s specific challenges.
  • Driven by consumer insights, strong analytical skills, and a knack for contributing creative ideas to boost performance across digital channels.
  • Ability to inspire teams and clients with compelling storytelling and creativity.
  • Innate curiosity, excellent listening skills, and the ability to ask targeted questions to understand client briefs and needs deeply.
  • Strong grasp of brand development and core marketing principles, with the ability to identify a brand's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities compared to competitors.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, able to manage senior client stakeholders and facilitate group workshop sessions.
  • Expertise in creating structured, visually appealing pitch decks that demonstrate a deep understanding of insights and deliver a solid strategy and creativity to help us win.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with clients, understand their needs and challenges, and provide strategic and creative solutions.
  • Analyse client briefs, identify the core challenge, and develop robust strategies to address their problems, primarily focusing on social media.
  • Plan communications across all digital channels.
  • Develop brand propositions.
  • Conduct client workshops and primary research as needed.
  • Analyse market and industry reports to identify key trends.
  • Conduct market research on customer demographics.
  • Develop creative and communication strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Generate creative session ideas to support strategies.
  • Propose KPIs and track the results of strategies and creative work.
  • Lead creative and strategic brainstorming and ideation sessions.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead client inspiration sessions.
  • Analyse data and reports to define insights and learnings for reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Provide strategic support for pitches and new business processes.
  • Facilitate strategy and creative workshops with agency and client teams.
  • Assist in developing and crafting agency case studies.
  • Contribute to proactive work processes.
