Internal Sales Manager
The Role: The primary role of the Internal Sales Manager is to support the external Area Sales Managers (x3) in the Southern Team to achieve business targets. The Internal Sales Manager will be making outbound calls to existing builders merchant accounts in order to up sell, cross sell, and ensure they have the right levels of stock and promotions within the business. In addition, you will be booking meetings for the ASM's to visit new branches, help with the Merchandising bookings, and supporting telephone orders and quotes from the office.
The Internal Sales Manager will be hybrid, so three days from the office in Shoreditch, two from home giving you flexibility. This role is dealing with builders merchant customers daily, so this will suit a sales professional who has had a background in that environment before, or has been on the road and now wants to go internal.

Requirements: To be considered for the Internal Sales Manager role you must have:
· Experience in selling into the builders merchant market whether that be in an internal capacity or external
· Knowledge of sales processes & a passion for the construction industry.
· A track record of sales success and processes
The Package for the Internal Sales Manager:
£40k - 50k basic salary DOE + plus bonuses, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, laptop, mobile, pension scheme.
