Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior eCommerce-Digital Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming and growing online businesses within the luxury sector. This role requires at least 10 years of experience, exceptional managerial and organisational skills, and a hands-on approach, as we are a small company with big ambitions and objectives to grow. This is a full-time, office-based position.


Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and grow the business, aligning with Cashmirino's brand values and goals.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the eCommerce and digital marketing team to achieve targets and ensure efficient operation of all digital activities.

• Website Management: Oversee the maintenance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Cashmirino website to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales.

• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising to maximise ROI.

• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring inventory is well-controlled and organised at all times. Ensure new production is promptly updated and displayed on the website.

• Analytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and strategies.

• Content Strategy: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience and enhances the brand's online presence.

• User Experience: Ensure a seamless and premium online shopping experience, promptly addressing customer inquiries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Technical Expertise: Implement and manage technical solutions for eCommerce, including CRM systems, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms to support business growth.

• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other luxury brands, influencers, and digital platforms to enhance Cashmirino's online presence and reach.



Qualifications:


• A minimum of 10 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

• Proven track record of successfully transforming and growing online businesses.

• Exceptional managerial and organisational skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.

• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

• Strong technical knowledge related to eCommerce, including CRM systems, payment gateways, and web development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
