Senior Digital Account Manager wanted in Leeds for national marketing agency network


This fantastic agency network has seen record growth in recent years and shows no sign of slowing down, and they are now looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the team and deliver campaigns for a range of Ecommerce brands.


The successful candidate will:


  • Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in digital account management, agency-side, and having experience working with Ecommerce or retail brands would be a huge advantage


  • Have strong knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels – Paid Media, SEO, Social, Content, and Email – and ideally have hands-on experience with day-to-day management and optimisation of Ecommerce sites


  • Be a confident presence with your clients, who will primarily be big-name retail brands, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the client's growth and success


  • Have line management experience, as you will be required to lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression


  • Be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency


  • Be highly data driven, to analyse campaign performance and effectiveness, utilising your findings to inform future campaigns


  • Be confident, good with numbers, cool under pressure, and a great communicator, both verbal and written
