Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and expand the value of ecommerce client accounts.
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships, managing their ecommerce requirements and identifying growth prospects.
  • Guide client engagements, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans, supporting strategic proposals.
  • Ensure projects are delivered successfully within budget, scope, and timelines, coordinating with diverse teams.
  • Keep abreast of ecommerce trends and best practices to enhance account value and support new business.


Skills and Experience:

  • Must-Have:
  • 2+ years in account management or client-facing roles within ecommerce or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and retaining client accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, and project management tools (e.g., Coda).
  • Willingness to travel and be in the office at least once a week.
  • Advantageous:
  • Experience with ecommerce analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and AB testing platforms
  • Familiarity with ecommerce marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
