The Role
As the Senior eCommerce and CRO Manager, you will drive commercial KPIs across acquisition and customer marketing. You will develop and implement best practices across CRO, digital marketing funnel, and UX, to maximise digital revenue and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of website and CRO operations – platform management, product merchandising, 3rd party management.
- Hands-on Shopify CMS edits to improve UX, conversion and customer engagement.
- Implement mobile first journey management, and lead a team of two to adopt product management techniques to improve all areas of the site.
- Leverage web analytics and CRO best practices to identify areas of improvement, and implement AB testing to drive commercial KPIs across acquisition and customer marketing.
- Tracking and reporting on website performance, KPIs, website changes, or CRO initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience with a CMS platform is essential – Shopify is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and conversion optimisation techniques.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
- Comfortability with technical communication.
- Ability to translate commercial and operational needs into clear deliverables for technology partners and internal stakeholders.
