The role:


Hello Earth is seeking a dynamic Performance Content Manager to champion our clients' brand narratives with innovative Performance Content strategies. This role is central to strengthening client relationships and bridging performance content with paid social. You'll collaborate closely with the Social & Content Lead to spearhead the content team's development, campaign execution, and on occasion, organic social management. This role would suit someone with strong experience in Performance Content strategy and User-generated Content (UGC) specifically for Paid Social channels including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and ideation, blending creativity and strategy to amplify client brands within the dynamic digital content landscape.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of key Ecommerce clients.
  • Work closely with the paid team and clients to agree on objectives.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to lead and develop top-tier creative, project management, and digital performance reporting.
  • Leading clients through performance content and organic strategy ensuring you’re proactively managing and nurturing relationships and solving any issues related to the client's business.
  • Leading the content creators and content team on strategy and executing content including for User-generated Content (UGC) plans which perform for clients.
  • We define content as visual storytelling and as part of this role, you will be required to develop briefs, and understand client hooks, through content scripts and creative structures that ensure visual storytelling that converts.
  • Develop, brief and curate compelling User Generated Content across various Paid Social platforms.
  • Analyse content metrics to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with our creative team, content creators and execs to conceptualise and produce inventive content.
  • Work closely with wider Marketing, Design and strategy teams to ensure cohesive content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Build and develop relationships with external content creators.


About you


  • A genuine passion for developing Performance Content strategies for Paid Social channels that produce conscious and impactful content.
  • Solid background in User Generated Content (UGC) for a variety of brands.
  • Strong grasp of Paid Social Media dynamics and platform nuances.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management position, ideally within an Ecommerce agency environment.


What you’ll get in return


Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and level

41 days leave a year, which includes 12 days personal leave we encourage you take.
