Job Title: Sales Manager - European Destinations.
Salary: £42,500 + Commission.
Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH.
Location: London.
JGA are partnering with a leading luxury tour operator seeking a Sales Manager to manage their European Destination Specialist team.
Our client is open to background but experience in the travel, lifestyle or concierge industry would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Create a collaborative, goal-driven team environment; reward top performers and foster continuous motivation.
- Set ambitious sales targets and align team efforts with business goals.
- Use situational leadership to coach and develop team members, ensuring growth from new hires to top performers.
- Manage team resources, considering holidays and training to meet enquiry volumes.
- Promote a culture of exceptional client service and going the extra mile.
- Coordinate with consultants and operations for smooth client experiences and timely invoicing.
- Handle regional operational and emergency situations, including some out-of-hours availability.
- Collaborate with regional managers and product teams on sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience leading sales teams, especially in the travel industry.
- Strong communicator who stays calm under pressure and motivates others.
- Results-oriented, energetic, and client-focused, with a solid grasp of commercial aspects.
- Passionate about travel and dedicated to high-quality client experiences.
