Role Overview:


We are looking for someone who has a passion for social media and content, has some experience working within this field in a personal or professional capacity and is wanting to relocate to Dubai for a new experience and exciting opportunity. The person should have strong creative, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the social media and creative aspects of our clients, including social media content creation/calendars and coordinating with videographers, editors and graphic designers. The successful candidate will ensure that our team delivers high-quality work on time, adhering to client objectives and brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the social and creative team, including social media managers, videographers, editors, and graphic designers.
  • Manage remote members or the team as the link between the social team and account manager/clients.
  • Standardise processes within the creative team, including social calendars, video briefs, client communication, and other monthly processes.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and work standards are upheld across all projects.


Quality Assurance:


  • Proof the quality of work produced by remote members of the team to ensure content is engaging, relevant to the client, and aligned with objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the team based on client or internal approvals, ensuring continuous improvement in deliverables.


Creative Strategy:


  • Participate in weekly creative meetings with the team to brainstorm social content ideas, discuss the latest trends, and explore new opportunities.
  • Liaise with other department heads and account managers to understand client objectives and overall strategies and collaborate across services.


Client Interaction:


  • Join client meetings as and when required to provide social media expertise and build rapport.
  • Attend video shoots for new projects to build rapport with clients, ensure the shoot runs smoothly, and provide a great experience for the client.


Social Media Content Management:


  • Manage up to 12 social media accounts, overseeing content ideas, video briefs, and caption copy.
  • Ensure creatives are consistent with previous months and meet the desired standards before sending them to clients.
  • Provide consistent development of the social strategy in line with the objectives, current performance, social updates, and current trends.
  • Ensure all social accounts adhere to the platform, client best practices, and guidelines.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful team colaboration and project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • Understanding of branding and guidelines to make sure creatives and captions adhere to each client's guidelines.
  • New graduate who is open to moving abroad.

Salary/Other Benefits:


Starting salary 12,500 AED Per Month (Roughly £2,570 Per Month Tax Free)

This salary is an all-inclusive salary.


Initial 3-Month Tourist Visa Provided During Probation Period

If successful, we will provide a full working visa.

Medical Insurance upon completion of the full visa.


Appraisal after 12 months.
