IMPORTANT: We will be looking to hire someone within the next one-month for this role and the role will be based in Dubai, UAE so we are looking for someone who is willing to relocate.


Role: Hybrid (On days you are not out shooting, you will be expected to work from our office in Business Bay)

Position Overview:


We are currently seeking a skilled Videographer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual content for our clients. The primary focus will be on producing high-quality social media content, including reels and images, in collaboration with our social media/creative team led by our Head of Social Media.


Responsibilities:


  • Create high-quality social media content, including reels and images, that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Competently handle both videography and photography, ensuring consistent quality across all content.
  • Primary focus on high-quality social media content, additional projects such as promotional videos and brand videos will be required as per the scope of work.
  • Collaborate with the social media/creative team, led by the Head of Social Media, to generate new creative ideas and enhance content quality.
  • Familiarise yourself with clients' current social content, brand guidelines, preferences, and briefs before each shoot.
  • Communicate post-shoot with the team to relay any deviations from the brief, client input, or other relevant information.
  • Maintain punctuality and organisation, preparing assets for the editing team in an organised manner and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage shoots on-site, liaising with clients to prepare the flow of the shoot as per the brief, directing models, and setting the scene for high-quality output.
  • Build rapport and relationships with clients on-site, ensuring a positive experience throughout the shoot.
  • Work 2 weekend days and 3-6 evenings per month, with flexibility to accommodate last-minute alterations and client requests.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with client specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Juggle multiple video projects concurrently, delivering them punctually and within allocated budgets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in video production.
  • Provide creative input and take a leading role in developing innovative video concepts.
  • Assist with the maintenance of video equipment and oversee inventory management.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in industries such as hospitality, hotels, food and beverages, bars, and architecture.
  • Experience working with premium brands is required.
  • Ability to manage shoots on-site, direct models, and set scenes for high-quality output.
  • Proficiency in both videography and photography, ensuring consistent quality across all content.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required, understanding the nature of creative content production. The total hours will not exceed 8 hours per working day over the course of a given month, but you will be required to work a minimum of 2 weekend days and 4 weekday days per month based on requirements.

About the role


The primary focus of the role will be to generate high-quality video and photo assets on-site as per the requirements, brand guidelines and client preferences. The estimated breakdown of time would be 70% of the time executing photo/video shoots and 30% of the time preparing pre-shoot, communicating/organising post-shoot and editing when time permits. TDS Group is a growing agency with two primary objectives: high-quality execution and client satisfaction. The role will be demanding but will provide the opportunity for vast industry experience and growth within an organisation.


Salary & Benefits


  • 15,000 AED p/m (Roughly £3,100 per month, tax-free)
  • An initial 90 tourist visa will be provided during a 2-month probation period.
