About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive communications professional to join our award-winning team as a Senior Account Manager / Account Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage multiple high-profile consumer automotive/motorcycle accounts, conceiving, planning, and delivering campaigns across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day smooth running of multiple high-profile consumer automotive/motorcycle accounts
  • Develop and execute large-scale national exposure campaigns, as well as smaller creative ideas
  • Work closely with team members and clients to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations
  • Manage and nurture a team of account executives and account managers
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns that drive results
Requirements
  • Experience in successfully leading and managing multiple accounts or campaigns
  • Agency experience with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns
  • Excellent client management skills and ability to build client relationships quickly
  • Media relations experience, ideally trade/B2B, lifestyle, and automotive
  • Strong copywriting ability and creative storytelling skills
  • Project management skills across a range of activations, big and small
  • Ability to manage and nurture a team
  • Budget management
  • Experience working with photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative professionals
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, media, influencers, and internal stakeholders
