We are seeking a motivated and dynamic and experienced Business Development Professional (BDP) to join our BPO sales team. The BDP will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and generating new sales opportunities. This position involves the full sales cycle including proactive outreach to potential clients, qualification of leads, and collaboration with Senior Managers to close deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and market research.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate interest in our BPO solutions.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline status, and key performance metrics.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the BPO/IT Outsourcing industry.

  • Self-starter and independent in their day to day productivity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Result oriented


Preferred Experience:


  • Familiarity with the BPO or IT Outsourcing industry and its services.
  • Experience with outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques and best practices.
  • Experienced in developing healthy sales pipeline and closing deals
