The firm is seeking an accomplished Head of UK Sales. This permanent role offers the opportunity to harness your business development prowess at a pivotal point as they expand their footprint across United Kingdom markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on the UK wholesale market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients while nurturing existing relationships to maximise retention and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services or asset management sector.
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments and UCITS funds.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
