This role will offer you the chance to manage an impressive portfolio of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 multinational clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes while driving impactful, lasting change. You’ll be part of a dynamic team renowned for industry thought leadership, and play a vital role in delivering strategic governance solutions for diverse client needs, from compliance support to corporate governance frameworks and director training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake and manage the delivery of governance and transaction projects
  • Manage, coach and support the team members.
  • Manage and develop client relationships across our clients as necessary.
  • Consider better and innovative ways of supporting clients and the team.


Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • CGI qualified.
  • Experience of managing and running a team, as well as coaching and developing others.
  • Strong technical/transactional experience.


Attitudes and Behaviours

  • Passionate about client service.
  • Commercial and risk aware, including experience of managing budgets and finances.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys problem solving.
