detail-oriented HR & On-boarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The HR & On-
boarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of
day-to-day HR activities across our Global People function. The ideal candidate
will possess an exceptional administrative background, strong communication
skills, and a passion for contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Duties
- Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including paperwork and introductions to company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including right-to-work checks and tracking
- Support in any employee immigration processes as directed by the team
- Supporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such as probation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and termination, as directed
- Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties falling under the remit of an HR & Onboarding Specialist,
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven experience as an HR officer or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of business visa applications
- An interest in or knowledge in commodities, energy, or financial markets
