We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised and

detail-oriented HR & On-boarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The HR & On-

boarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of

day-to-day HR activities across our Global People function. The ideal candidate

will possess an exceptional administrative background, strong communication

skills, and a passion for contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Duties

  • Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including paperwork and introductions to company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including right-to-work checks and tracking
  • Support in any employee immigration processes as directed by the team
  • Supporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such as probation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and termination, as directed
  • Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties falling under the remit of an HR & Onboarding Specialist,

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience as an HR officer or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of business visa applications
  • An interest in or knowledge in commodities, energy, or financial markets
