Role Overview:

As the EUC Technical Lead, you will transition from reactive support to a proactive, strategic role where you will lead projects, manage the onboarding of new technologies, and act as a crucial link between technical support and the wider business. Your expertise in end-user computing and service desk support, particularly with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Office 365, and Intune, will be essential in driving our IT initiatives forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Drive and manage projects related to end-user computing, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Technology Onboarding: Oversee the implementation and onboarding of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Proactive Support: Shift from reactive to proactive support, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the business.
  • Collaboration: Bridge the gap between tech support and the wider business, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in end-user computing, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Proven experience in end-user computing (EUC) or service desk support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Intune.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
