THE COMPANY

This high street retailer are in the process of launching a new loyalty scheme and they are looking to drive this forward

THE ROLE

As a CRM & Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Setting short term tactics to grow out the loyalty base
  • Implement the program
  • Analysing campaigns and building out recommendations to help expand the program
  • Drive multi-channel comms for the program and own this
  • Build campaigns alongside the execs in the team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Loyalty experience is a must have
  • Experience in a retailer is preferred
  • Solid stakeholder management experience is preferred
  • Multi-channel experience is a nice-to-have
