Robert Dyas is searching for an ambitious and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our thriving eCommerce team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the mastermind behind our email marketing strategy, crafting engaging content that converts.

What you'll do:

  • Design and deliver eye-catching weekly emails, from writing persuasive copy and subject lines to building templates and collaborating with our Design Studio.
  • Partner with the CRM Manager, Marketing, and Trading teams to ensure email marketing aligns seamlessly with our overall business goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Spark creativity Dream up innovative ways to boost campaigns and identify new opportunities.
  • Champion our customers Ensure all email communication is accurate, error-free, and reflects our brand identity.
  • Work with the eCommerce team to create a smooth customer journey from email to website.
  • Assist in developing targeted segmentation and personalization strategies.

You've got the skills if:

  • You hold a degree or possess experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Retail or hospitality experience is a plus
  • You're a whiz with words and have excellent copywriting skills.
  • You conquer spreadsheets with Excel proficiency.
  • You understand the basics of GDPR.
  • You have a passion for digital marketing and eCommerce, staying ahead of the curve on industry trends.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in CRM, Loyalty programs, or Email Marketing.
  • Familiarity with an ESP or CRM system.
