Sales Account Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Keeping clients updated with monthly sales reports and updates
  • Implementing and creating sales strategies for clients
  • Managing own client accounts
  • Contacting key buyers and boutiques with sales campaigns to secure appointments and new stockists
  • Assisting in the managing our Sales showrooms during LFW, PFW and MFW and holding own buyers’ appointments
  • Managing sales orders, deliveries, and payment
  • Creating newsletters on new products, trends, or relevant brand news to send out to relevant key buyers and stores
  • To represent Black PR on the telephone and at meetings with current and potential clients
  • Managing buyers at PR events including catwalks, presentations, launch parties, dinners, and breakfasts
  • Supporting in Team Meetings


Desirable knowledge and skills:

  • Good writing skills, including the use of Microsoft Office especially excel
  • Experienced Adobe Suite skills
  • Good buyers and store contacts across UK and International markets
  • Good time management skills and a can-do attitude
  • Good visual merchandising skills and understanding of brands collections/products
  • Established relationships with buyers and stores
  • Diverse experience in Wholesale and ideally Agency experience
  • Good previous sales event experience
  • Communication skills to be able to talk to clients, press and stylists and write professional emails
  • Knowledge of fashion, and an interest in trends
  • Experience in using mailer accounts such as Mailchimp
  • Able to exercise initiative when performing tasks in the office and prioritise own workload
  • Skills required are consistent with at least 2 years’ experience working at this level in a Sales Agency, EG client handling and Industry awareness
  • LFW experience essential

  • Event management experience essential
