The role of Academy is to showcase Keyloop ATG products to its users to ensure client business objectives are met.

Our portfolio promotes best practice from inception and promotes individual and business growth across its learning portfolio. We are agile and adapt to changing market conditions to ensure client retention, and strategic in deployment to ensure our clients continued success.

The Role

The Academy Training & Project Coordinator is a pivotal, proactive role within the Academy Department and is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of training deployment to customers and their automotive networks, worldwide.

Working closely with the Global Head of Academy and Academy, Asset Manager and Learning and Development Catalyst you will provide support and day-to-day management of all training related activity and project manage potential and in-flight training projects. You will need to understand our products, be competent with systems, offer impeccable levels of service and build and maintain customer relationships, to become a trusted advisor to the users of our products.


You will focus on continuously driving efficiency and building your knowledge base to advise on best practice and training to maximise delivery opportunities and course attendance. You will also be motivated to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and build positive relationships through the business.


The role requires you to be able to work under pressure to meet goals within set timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage prospective and in-flight Academy Training projects
  • Create, manage, and schedule courses and resources for global training delivery via Accessplanit LMS including automated communications
  • Create webinars for delivery of remote Academy courses via Teams and collate attendance reports
  • Create course surveys using Survey Monkey and collate dashboard data for reporting
  • Coordinate, book and administer registrations and provide delegate support to maximise attendance
  • Create and maintain accurate records and process documents in SharePoint
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Accessplanit LMS, Teams and Survey Monkey
  • Competently navigate and understand the Keyloop ATG product suite
  • Provide physical and remote support to Academy Associates during training delivery
  • Facilitate client relationships via email, telephone, and video platforms
  • Prioritise and manage workload to meet customer and departmental objectives
  • Build strong internal relationships to provide support and advice for training related requests
  • Research and book external venues - distribute course materials and equipment
  • Liaise directly with retailers to book on-site training
  • Coordinate internal training
  • Demonstrate proactiveness everyday with internal and external customers
  • Provide daily support to Global Head of Academy and Asset Development Manager
  • Manage Academy systems – Accessplanit, Teams, Survey Monkey, Synthesia and isEazy
  • Seek to improve efficiency
  • Attend meetings when required

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using LMS, Training and Survey platforms or similar

Required Experience:

  • Experience within the automotive industry is preferable
  • Previous experience of working in a training environment is desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT skills
