CGTN Europe Ltd. is looking for an Office Manager who has superb organisational skills (preferably with the media industry experiences), who is able to manage multi-tasks efficiently, as well as ensure the office is running smoothly. You will be dealing with various people from runners to TV Execs, therefore, the ability to liaise and communicate well is very important. You must also be capable of pushing back when required and know how to prioritize various demands. This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Office Manager with a ‘can do attitude’ to really own and shape a role.

Responsibilities include:

· Day to day management and running of the office

· Develop, implement and manage the Health & Safety policy

· Manage the facilities and maintain security

· Ensure all staff and visitors have a comfortable and safe working environment

· Liaise with contractors and maintenance companies

· Liaise with suppliers and proceed invoices for payment per the company’s policy

· Organise tenders for new suppliers

· Liaise with insurance companies

· Help to organise staff and marketing events

· Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment and ensure kitchens are well stocked

· Manage the taxi and courier accounts of the company

· Organise IT support

· Keep accurate records

· Report into the Head of Admin team

The Ideal Candidate:

· Bachelor degree preferred

· 3 years or more experience in a busy and fast paced office management/facilities role

· Experience of managing staff and resources, excellent multitasking skills, knowing to prioritize requests

· Good understanding and knowledge of current health and safety legislation and guidance

· Good at MS office, particularly word and excel

· Excellent ‘can-do’ attitude, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
