The Account Manager will work closely alongside the Client Services Director and Account Directors within the Growth Marketing team, to drive new business, lead generation, outbound prospecting, email marketing and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities include

  • Developing targeted, multi-channel marketing programmes
  • Outbound prospecting, developing email campaigns and proactive LinkedIn outreach
  • Developing content including sales emails, social media copy, web copy for landing pages
  • Social media marketing, paid and organic LinkedIn and X activity
  • Supporting with clients event, getting the right people in the room
  • Managing HubSpot databases, email campaigns and content promotion
  • Managing client accounts and developing relationships
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Quarterly campaign planning
  • Hosting meetings with clients and running weekly update calls
  • Client reporting

Experience required

  • Business Development or Lead Generation experience
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and develop accounts
  • Strong writing skills - experience of crafting social content, email campaigns, website copy
  • Must have previous experience of using HubSpot or similar
  • Experience of managing paid and organic social campaigns
  • Must have previous agency side experience
  • Commercial awareness
