As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, confidently managing multiple accounts and providing expert advice on campaign activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client accounts and build positive working relationships.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement digital and communication strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Update internal project management software and leverage technical tools and data.
  • Deliver clear and detailed briefing and reporting for tactical activities.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign insights, analysis, and research.
  • Demonstrate expertise in running communication and marketing campaigns.
  • Exhibit excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Involved in pitching for new business and developing proposals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Marketing agency experience or in-house management of multiple brands preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
