Job Profile


  • To support the HR Manager and Recruitment Manager with internal audits and work with payroll and finance colleagues on external audit requirements, progressing people actions as directed by the People Services & Projects Manager.


  • To provide reports and analysis as and when required from the HR/Payroll System.


  • Maintain the HR Database and personnel files and records to ensure they are kept in a comprehensive and accurate manner, whilst observing statutory General Data Protection Regulations.


  • To support the HR & Projects Manager with annual pay reviews and changes including National Minimum Wage, Pay Awards and Increments etc.


  • Provide administrative support to the wider Team


  • Undertaking any other duties which may be reasonably regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the role.


  • Lead the HR Assistants in providing a comprehensive HR administration service, dealing with general HR enquiries face to face, by email or telephone.


  • To coordinate the management of the HR Services inbox effectively and all queries are responded to within the timescales set in the SLA.


  • Manage monthly payroll handover and oversee the team production and administration of timely and relevant information to payroll including sickness, leavers, new starters, maternity and changes of salary ensuring accurately monthly payments for company


  • Line manage HR Assistants, providing support and coaching in a particular area of focus e.g. policies, HR legislation, conducting regular PDR’s and identifying necessary training and development.
