Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Client Services who is proactive, passionate about their team and customers, and excited about joining a company with ambitious growth plans over the next five years.


Role Overview

The Head of Client Services oversees and manages all aspects of the client services experience while supporting various operational tasks and processes to ensure the smooth running of the business.


Responsibilities of The Head of Client Services:

  • Leadership: Lead, support, and supervise the Client Services team to provide a first-class client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with the Investment, Investor Relations, and Management teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek and develop internal process improvements and efficiencies, ensuring they are clearly documented.
  • System Management: Oversee the upkeep of an accurate, secure, and intuitive CRM system and Client Portal.
  • Team Development: Recruit, nurture, and retain excellent team members, providing learning and development opportunities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure all team members meet those requirements.
  • Communication Monitoring: Monitor client communications to ensure they are high quality, timely, and consistent with the company's brand.
  • Issue Resolution: Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues and delays to prevent future occurrences.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver key projects that impact the client experience.
  • Event Planning: Plan and manage regular investor networking events.


Requirements for The Head of Client Services:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Financial Services and experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, extremely organized and reliable.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate potential obstacles and use initiative to swiftly solve problems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
