As the Client Services Manager for a state-of-the-art location in Mayfair and St Pauls, London, your role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and delivering memorable experiences for colleagues and visitors.

Job Description


Your day-to-day responsibilities as our Client Services Manager include promoting meeting and event facilities to internal and external clients, acting as the main point of contact for coordination and service delivery.

Your empathy and thoughtful approach will ensure that you are instrumental in creating a working environment that supports individual ambitions, needs, and desires.

In this role you will need to create innovative solutions and contribute to the overall mission of making work a space where every individual can thrive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage our Private Bank customers with warmth and bid them farewell on departure
  • Proactively grow, develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing key accounts with all our client portfolio
  • Create a strong database of client preference and so all needs are covered
  • Effective management of the online internal marketing.
  • Receive, process, prepare and deliver food and drink orders and experiences
  • Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced Hospitality & Events venues or sales environment within the catering and hospitality sector
  • Excellent knowledge of meetings, conferences, events, and private members industry
  • A confident communicator across all channels; including face to face and comfortability in communicating to high-level decision makers
  • Be an effective team player with a bubbly, outgoing personality, and have a natural flair for networking
  • IT literate across multiple systems and interests in web management
