The Team: The Client team is responsible for building long-term strategic, commercial relationships with clients directly, maintaining spend as well as delivering incremental revenue growth. The team looks at audience behaviour across brands and platforms, whilst applying sector expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with the senior client contacts and decision-makers within your category, be accountable for knowledge of customers’ future marketing objectives, strategy and tactics as well as category trends, and deliver immersion sessions to build stronger relationships
- Setting strategy for your category, achieving targets and overseeing the delivery of revenue/profit, managing the team to deliver enhanced client service and measuring their performance against their ability to deliver
- Developing a deep understanding of audiences relevant to your category and working with fellow Category Directors to identify synergies and where effort can be shared
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Advertising experience with a good understanding of the Digital eco-system
- Ability to engage, communicate effectively and influence C-suite decision-makers (CMO's, Heads of Marketing, Head of Digital Marketing)
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix-style organisation handling multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in developing dynamic multi-media propositions
