Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the Business Development Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:


  • Drive inflows and income from products, consistently meeting or exceeding annual and half-yearly targets. Sell the product range, prioritising areas of strategic focus and importance as they emerge throughout the year.
  • Develop and manage relationships with advisors, paraplanners, and admin staff within the region.
  • Generate, manage, and convert pipeline opportunities, ensuring efficient allocation of investments and application processes.
  • Utilise the regional budget for relationship-building events and work with strategic partners to grow large regional accounts.
  • Maintain and improve personal knowledge and skills, comply with company procedures and standards, and contribute innovative solutions to enhance regional performance.


The Business Development Associate will meet the following skillset:


  • 2+ years’ relevant sales experience.
  • Proven record of sales performance.
  • Financial Service knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
