We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior CRM Executive. The CRM Technology Team is tasked with overseeing our client’s CRM Technology Strategy, emphasising the reduction of administrative efforts while enhancing the commercial value derived from CRM data.

In this role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert for the CRM platform, managing daily operations and assisting the CRM Technology Manager in implementing projects and shaping the long-term CRM strategy for our client.


The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day data processes, ensuring they are efficient and provide optimal data quality for the business.
  • Serve as a CRM technology expert, comprehending the platform and all related processes, and help document these to share knowledge with relevant colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Digital Marketing) to ensure all business operations teams using the platform are maintaining data quality and efficient processes.
  • Assist colleagues at all levels in maximising the benefits of CRM technology.
  • Oversee our training program and work with the IT training team to ensure training is timely, effective, and appropriate for situations such as onboarding and promotions.
  • Respond to daily queries, aiming to provide accurate answers promptly to our stakeholders.
  • Support the team in managing integrations, automated processes, and upgrades/enhancements to ensure continuous improvement of our client’s system.
  • Contribute to developing a long-term CRM strategy that aligns with business goals related to client development, client journey planning, client engagement, and campaign management.


Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM systems and their application for business development ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledgeable about the technical aspects of CRM and integrating CRM data with other data sources.
  • Experienced in project management with the capability to independently manage simple projects.
  • Skilled in identifying process improvements and proactively suggesting innovative ideas.
  • Effective in collaborating with and influencing individuals at all organisational levels.
  • Experienced in training and supporting the development of training courses.


Desirable Skills:

  • Technical and hands-on experience with InterAction and/or InterAction+, including administrative configuration.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental principles of GDPR and PECR as they pertain to marketing data and consent.
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm with a basic understanding of business development and how such firms secure client engagements.
