Purpose:

To provide support to the paint team by preparing and delivering high-quality metal and composite parts in line with production requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare metal and composite parts for the painting process.
  • Accurately mask parts to ensure precision during the painting process.
  • Read and follow technical drawings to ensure production accuracy.
  • Provide production updates to the Team Leader as necessary.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Key Performance Measures:

  • Number of parts completed per day.
  • Reject rates for quality assurance.
  • Efficiency in completing tasks on time.

Knowledge, Education, and Skills:

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of technical drawings and production processes.
  • Confident in the use of vibrating hand tools.
  • Familiarity with measuring equipment.

Education:

  • General education or equivalent experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in working with vibrating hand tools.
  • Ability to measure and mix fillers accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good listening skills to follow instructions precisely.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure effectively.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a production environment.
