Senior Finisher Project Manager

BENNETT CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Dry Finishing Supervisor to oversee the completion of high-profile projects. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Finishing Trade Sub-Contractors and personnel on site
• Ensure effective programme management and service coordination
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including Site Managers, Senior Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Quality & Environmental Managers
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
• Control plant and equipment on site
• Compile labour allocation sheets for all Bennett Direct labour and hired labor involved in finishing trades
• Schedule weekly Work Programmes for Finishing trades and review progress Reports from the Master Construction Programme
