Construction Project Manager

This is a key role at CV Library, where we are proud to be representing an international construction company in their search for a Fit Out Site Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in RC framed residential buildings and a proven track record of managing high-quality fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating and managing metal stud/drylining, 1st and 2nd fix MEP installations.
- Supervising trades such as flooring (hard/soft), joinery/carpentry, kitchen installation, tiling, painting, and decorating.
- Ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP installations and various finishing trades, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
