We are currently recruiting for a Group Billing Co-ordinator to join the team with Edwardian Hotels London.

Overview:

As a Group Billing Co-ordinator you will support the finance, sales and operation teams with information on accounting, contracting, pro - forma invoice preparation, payments and any other information required.

You will assist in developing relevant budgets and forecasts for the finance team.

You will review and analyse financial objectives in conjunction with the Hotel Financial Controller checking all the control accounts.

You will also support with the annual audit process inclusive of external auditors in terms of preparing balance sheet.

About You:

Working knowledge of Opera.

Previous experience in billings within a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.

A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven management skills.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.

A team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organisational skills.

Client focused approach to work.

IT literate.
