THE ROLE
You’ll play a vital role in the team by supporting both the Head of Operations and Head of Client Service to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for an exciting range of brands. You’ll also oversee an Account Manager and Account Executive. The role requires knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Marketing Platform, Amazon Ad Suite as well as experience running YouTube campaigns in DV360 and/or Google Ads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking ownership of several key senior client accounts including client relationship management and account growth.
- Responsibility for the overall strategy and planning for programmatic display and video campaigns with a clear testing approach and actionable analysis to drive results for clients.
- Supporting Account Executives/Managers with training as well as day to day tasks across a variety of accounts.
- Working on end-to-end campaigns, being supported in the execution, tracking and optimisation by Executives
- Establishing relationships with publishers to secure guaranteed and private marketplace Deals
- Driving forward programmatic strategy, including partnering with data providers and creative partners to gain access to the best audiences and creative formats possible.
- Shaping agency processes, best practices and tech automation
- Maintaining digital plans and financials to ensure all data is accurate and in line with client requirements.
- Contributing to the business' evolving approach to performance marketing best practice, by keeping abreast of new developments within the digital advertising space and making recommendations to both internal teams and clients regarding trends and techniques.
- Contributing to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and making recommendations based on experience and best practice
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for an ambitious and positive Manager and team player who is passionate about performance marketing and progressing their career in digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be data-driven and have solid, direct experience planning and executing complex programmatic marketing campaigns across one or multiple Ad platforms.
You will be approachable and supportive to other team members, as well as accountable for performance and outputs on key client accounts.
The successful candidate will have:
- An extensive background in planning and buying programmatic campaigns
- Proven experience running campaigns in DV360, Yahoo and Amazon Ad Suite.
- Knowledge of general AdTech platforms e.g. Meta, Google AdWords
- Strong team management experience, being able to develop and support the Programmatic Executives/Managers who work with you.
- Experience working with a range client budgets and sizes.
- Excellent communication skills, as you work within your team as well as with other departments across the business.
- Strong previous experience with data analysis, including data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc.
- Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
PACKAGE
Salary depending on experience, circa.£55,000 + 10% bonus
Hybrid working - 3 days/week in London office
