Supply Partnership Director

adWMG LTD creates an extensive list of monetization instruments. The company specializes in developing software products focused on programmatic monetization for website and mobile application owners. The essential advantage is our work in global markets and the quality of technical products that we develop. Depending on the app's or website’s user’s data, the adWMG system finds the most effective ads. These processes and instruments foster more significant income for publishers and SSPs delivering through VAST, OpenRTB endpoint, Prebid Adapter and JS Tags.
adWMG is an Official Google MCM partner, IAB-certified tech vendor, TAG-verified, and Prebid adapter provider.
Responsibilities
- Explore and establish connections with supply partners globally, including direct publishers, mobile application and CTV developers, SSPs, and agencies
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply partnership professionals, business developers, media buyers and lead generation specialists
- Develop and execute the company's supply partnership strategy, aligning with organizational objectives to optimize the supply chain ecosystem
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers, Xbox and Playstation vendors, and service providers to enhance product offerings, streamline operations, and drive efficiencies
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential SSP partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal adWMG teams, including procurement, operations, and product management, to align partnership initiatives with business goals and priorities
- Attend up to four conferences and events annually to network
- Coordinate virtual meetings via platforms like Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and others
- Continuously maintain the monetization performance of supply partners
- Conduct negotiations via email.
Qualifications
- Experience in the programmatic monetization industry, three years at least
- Understanding JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, market trends, and industry best practices
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
