Global Head of Revenue Enablement

  • Own the orchestration of a regionally and cross-functionally aligned revenue enablement strategy.
  • Shift enablement from decentralized to centralized, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to align revenue enablement strategy.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify areas of risk and maintain a highly performant organization.
  • Demonstrate experience in owning a global revenue enablement strategy.
  • Apply business acumen to understand and prioritize relevant metrics.
  • Manage stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
  • Implement a data-backed approach to prioritizing Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
  • Own, optimize, and implement an enablement tech stack, including Seismic Learning (Lessonly), Confluence, Outreach, Salesforce.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in owning a global revenue enablement strategy.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of relevant metrics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives using a data-backed approach such as 4DX.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing an enablement tech stack.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
