Role Overview:




We are looking for an exceptional Head of Revenue and Marketing to lead all revenue generation activities and craft compelling marketing strategies at Luupli. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing user acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility. Collaborating closely with the Head of Communications, you will work to attract a wider audience to join Luupli and establish the platform as a leader in the social media landscape.

Responsibilities:




· Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability for Luupli.

· Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for monetization, including advertising, partnerships, subscriptions, and premium features.

· Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

· Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and maximize return on investment.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, content creation, and community engagement efforts.

· Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and organizations to amplify Luupli's brand presence and reach.

· Oversee the planning and execution of events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand awareness and drive user growth.

· Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of market developments.

· Lead and mentor a high-performing team of revenue and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.



Qualifications


· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

· Proven track record of success in revenue generation, marketing, or business development roles, with a focus on digital platforms or technology-driven businesses.

· Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing revenue generation strategies, marketing campaigns, and brand building initiatives.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance measurement.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.

· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from conception to execution and delivering measurable outcomes.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the tech industry or startup ecosystem.

· Leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams and driving organizational growth.



Compensation:

This position offers equity-only compensation, presenting a unique opportunity to acquire a stake in an exponentially growing enterprise and directly contribute to its prosperity. The role will turn into a paid role after securing seed funding, which may be end of the year or early next year.
