Partnerships Manager – Connected Camera & Telematics Sector
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Partner Manager to join our expanding team in the connected camera and telematics industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in nurturing and growing our partner ecosystem, strengthening relationships with key partners, and driving business growth through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new partners, resellers, and system integrators in the telematics and connected camera space.
- Account Management: Act as the main contact for partners, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships that encourage loyalty and mutual growth.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement a partnership strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Develop joint business plans with partners and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively promote and implement our solutions.
- Training and Support: Deliver training programmes for partners, ensuring they are well-informed about our products, value propositions, and positioning in the market.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns, promotional materials, and joint initiatives to increase market demand and awareness.
- Performance Tracking: Oversee partner performance and sales targets, offering feedback and guidance for continuous improvement and maximising revenue through partnerships.
- Issue Resolution: Address partner queries and resolve any operational issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and productive working relationship.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or Business Development role.
- Solid knowledge of telematics solutions, connected camera technology, and fleet management systems.
- Demonstrable experience in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM systems to manage partner pipelines and report on performance.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects, meeting deadlines and hitting targets.
- Skilled in negotiation with a track record of successful partnership deals.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed to support partners and sales activities.
