After growing the business and already seeing a great amount of success without a dedicated sales team. Our Founder, who exited his first business at 18 years old, has recently decided (off the back of investment) to strongly invest in the sales team, hiring the ex-Head of Sales of a huge enterprise wellbeing company and the next step is to build a founding sales team

The Roles

We are looking for two Sales Development Representatives to join us in London. Expect quick progression and a chance to really pave the way as the team will continue to grow. You will:

  • Generate leads through calling, emails, videos and social selling
  • Identify ideal customers
  • Speak with HR and People leaders using a consultative sales process
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  • Book qualified product demos for the Head of Sales to complete


Who You Are

  • Experience as an SDR or BDR within software
  • A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions
  • Curious and consultative in your sales approach
  • Target-driven and tenacious
  • MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally experience with HubSpot, 6Sense, Amplemarket and SalesNav (not mandatory)
  • Entrepreneurial and willing to join a budding start-up
