Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Location: Gloucestershire - home based so you can be based anywhere

Salary £40k-£50k plus benefits & commission & car

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive from an industrial background to drive new business opportunities and significantly contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals, and a strong background in the fuel industry or related technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Director.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products and services.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals.
  • Experience in the fuel industry or related solutions and technology is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of advanced storage solutions and fuel management systems or having sold technology to industrial clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally to Europe.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
