A great opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a business in growth to drive sales of fresh and chilled Fish into restaurants and foodservice sectors.
The role of Sales Executive or Business Development Manager is part of an established UK food business who are one of the leading European business units all working under a major global food Group. This business based in Surrey are providing an exciting range of chilled, fresh, and ambient food products to foodservice channels – independent restaurants, restaurant chains and hospitality.
Due to a new product and an opportunity to grow business accounts the business are now looking for a specialist Sales executive with knowledge and experience within fish – primarily Salmon and Tuna. This is a new venture for the business and therefore as a Sales Executive joining currently there is great scope for career development in the future.
You will:
- Currently be working in food sales with proven knowledge and expertise in the fish sector – ideally Salmon and Tuna
- Have experience of winning new business and developing sales with new customers
- Have experience of selling into foodservice sectors with particular interest in restaurant customers
- Have a strong commercial acumen with well-developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
This role is hybrid working, with two days a week in Surrey office and lots of time spent out with customers.
